When I called him out on it, he never even apologized, just made excuses. The property was in a quiet area of Branson. Room was nice and looked recently updated. Beds were clean and comfortable. Had good hot water in the shower with decent pressure. I appreciate that the room was not carpeted, but also the floor wasn’t the cleanest, if I walked around with no shoes, the bottom of my feet were pretty much black. I ended up wearing flip flops so I didn't get the sheets dirty. Both bed platforms under the mattresses in our room were super creaky when we’d sit on the edge to get up, but were okay while sleeping. Other than that, the hotel is conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. It’s about 5 minutes from anywhere on 76, but doesn’t have the traffic hassle.
