"The hotel was excellent, clean, beautiful, relaxing, and even better than I expected. Everything was well provided and the stay was very comfortable. The only downside was a power outage, which I understand was not the hotel’s fault. However, the response was quite slow when we tried to get assistance, and since we only stayed two nights, one of them was significantly affected. I would have appreciated better communication and perhaps some gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. Overall, a great hotel and I would definitely stay again, but without power outages!"
