"The Ritz is a great property and the location could not be better. The unit is nice and well appointed. However, it is advertised as having a washer dryer. If there is one it was in a locked closet. we intentionally underpacked assuming we would do a load or two while there. the other issue is the unit is directly below the club level lounge. we heard what sounded like stools dragging across the floor above beginning at 6:00 am. If you are an early riser no problem but i feel it should be stated...

"The location was fabulous - right in town and 2 minutes walk to the slopes. Unit was spacious, well-equipped, and furniture was in good shape, if not a little dated. We had a problem with one of the toilets, but the Hyatt management took care of it right away. Having the ski valet right downstairs and shops and restaurants right outside our door was super convenient. Would definitely stay there again."
