“Zuerst wurde ich per Nachricht darüber informiert, dass die Rezeption schon früher als angegeben nicht besetzt ist, das war kein Problem da es einen Schlüsselkasten gibt. Im Zimmer angekommen wurde ich von der Wärme überrascht, die Heizungen waren jedoch aus. Ich wollte auch schon direkt schlafen gehen, wegen der Wärme machte ich erstmal die Fenster los und dann hörte ich wie draußen im Hinterhof ständig ein lauter Lüfter lief, dieser ging nach ca. 5 Minuten mit einem Ausströmgeräusch aus für……
