"The double sofa sleeper was a fold down futon and not big enough for two adults. I wouldn’t advise 4 people staying in the basement unit unless it’s children. There were ants crawling around right from the start, in the entrance and in the apartment. The air conditioner had no control panel and it was hot and no air flow in the basement. Tried connecting with someone on the Tuesday and Friday was when someone came to look at it. We had thankfully figured it out so only had two nights of no sleep..."

"We really liked our stay here, it was a nice location and the air conditioning in the July heatwave was amazing. When we stayed it seemed like there was just some updates made on the room and it was still a little unfinished but I think that will improve in time as the room is empty and they can do finishing touches! It was nice and clean!"

"Check in was awful. I booked 6 weeks prior and was traveling in other location one week prior. The immediate confirmation was vague about contacting just prior to check in for more info. Usually you receive another email a day or 2 before checkin with further directions, but this did not happen. When I called I was told I needed to use WhatsApp to communicate. This is not a common app to use in the U.S. unless you use it to text/call internationally a lot. So after a lot of hassle and a couple..."
