Rustic Cabin on 17 acres of wilderness-1000 ft waterfront w/Ottawa Valley view
"This is a great property. It is advertised extremely accurately. If you are looking to see the Milky way this is your spot. If you want to escape from your phone, this is your spot. If you love nature, this is your spot. Keith and Laurie are awesome and we will be back."
114 acres riverside property for you to enjoy peace and tranquility!!!
"We had a lovely stay at this property. It was very quiet so allowed us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We enjoyed exploring the trails. Our dog loved it too! The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay, it’s clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again."
Airstream in Pines • Luxe Deck + Firepit + Shower
"This was a great little escape! Tucked into a wooded area that is pretty private. Some audible road traffic, but not too much. The airstream is well appointed. Have most things you might need. We appreciate the outdoor spaces the most! Flopping on the cushions on the deck was very relaxing. Zach was very communicative with anything we asked. All instructions for check-in and use of the property were easy to follow. Burnstown is very close by. Definitely check out the little shops and hit the beach. Would go back."
The Whitewater Inn
"Very clean"
Coulonge RiverRose Water Front Chalet CITQ#313412
"Our family of 4 stayed with another family of 4 and had an absolutely fantastic time. The area was quiet and serene, the cottage was immaculately clean and well kept, and the grounds were lovely. The deck was amazing to enjoy a coffee and look at the river in the morning. The river was steps away from the door, and easy access for our young kids with water shoes. You can fish right off the dock, and our youngest caught a fish on our last night there! The hosts were so nice with very prompt communication, and clear expectations of us as guests. If you are considering staying here...do it! You will not regret it and will most definitely have a fabulous time. :)"
Newly Renovated 4 Bedcottage on the Ottawa River with Sandy Beaches & Warm Water
"Great beach for little ones since it is very shallow for a long way out. Bringing the chairs down there was an excellent idea suggested by the hosts.Lots of dishes and cutlery and a nice large fridge and microwave. Great deck too with lots of room for all six of us. Parking was fine for three vehicles too.The only suggestions I would make is to replace the sliding door to the bedroom next to the kitchen since it is a little stiff and noisy in the night when getting up for a bathroom break, adding another mirror somewhere since there is only one small one in the bathroom, and putting a light over the kitchen sink. Thanks for a lovely stay Laurie and Kevin. It was nice to meet you and chat throughout the week and learn more about the area."
Beautiful Sunsets and Peaceful lake views
"The cottage was very comfortable, well equipped and larger than we expected. We enjoyed our time!"
Waterfront Beach Paradise - 3 Bed, 2 Washroom Cottage with Outdoor Bar
"This is a pristine-clean and very well-stocked property in a perfect location! Location: lots of picturesque small islands easily reachable by kayaks, grocery shop 5 minutes away, bike trail with 19th century bridge, 15 minutes to the waterfalls and via ferrata, 1 hr drive to Bonnechere caves. Cottage: all utensils, spices and oils, lots of outdoor seating, nice beach, fantastic views on the wide river, lots of shade and a well-cared lawn. Very clean, especially the bathrooms, which is amazing given that it's a pet-friendly cottage.Things to know: bring water shoes and binoculars to explore the islands. There's a huge garage at a neighboring property with some big machinery going in and out sporadically and lights on all night, but the treeline shades most of it out, except from the master bedroom. There's no dishwasher or washing machine, so come prepared! The host is very helpful and replies immediately."
