"Price was excellent. Liked the terrace and ease of entry. Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen area had excellent supply of utensils for cooking or just eating. We were able to walk to all stores and other points of interest. Couch needed to be replaced as springs poking through made it uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend."

"Good stay overall. But stove top doesn’t work. Little cleaning issue in bathroom. Safe in closet locked, inconsiderate of prior guests. Small drip in kitchen faucet. Cold shower adjustment knob loose, needs fixing."

"Un lugar muy limpio y cómodo para quedarse. Estuve dos noches y estuve muy contenta, el cuarto tenía una pequeña parrilla y todos los utensilios en caso de querer cocinar. Había agua caliente y desde que uno entra, huele a jabón y a limpio. No es un edificio nuevo pero está muy bien acondicionado. La zona no me pareció insegura, aunque no me aventuré a salir muy tarde por la noche, pero antes de las 11 todo tranquilo, hay mucho movimiento en las calles cercanas. Muy buena calidad precio y...

"The apartment was nice on the surface. However there were not towels in both bathrooms. Only 1 bathroom had hand soap & there was a used coffee pod on the counter when we arrived. We reached out to the property with regards to the heat/ cooling of the property & didn’t hear back. The biggest issue is the current construction sites that surround the property. "

"I stayed two nite at the Ayres, two to many. Arriving at the place, I didn’t feel « welcomed », the front staff Is a security person, wearing a uniform, no English and cold as ! No issues with the room overall but very noisy, had a room front st, noise doesn’t stop till early morning ! I don’t speak Spanish, that made it difficult, For that reason I would stay again ! "

"Perfect location for our trip . We stayed there for a week after doing a 14 day cruise. We were within walking distance of most everything we wanted to see and public transportation was easy to use for longer trips we wanted to take . Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family."

The location is impeccable, just a block away from the Alto Palermo Shopping Mall. Breakfast is served in the corner, in a cafeteria. It's very decent with good coffee and some tasty croissants. Ailen is a great hostess. All in all, great value for money. Recommended! "

"Wonderful place to stay in Buenos Aires. Clean, large, comfortable rooms, good neighbourhood close to plenty of restaurants and CBD, and very friendly and helpful staff. Casa Joseph was happy to keep some extra luggage for us while we made some side trips to other provinces between stays in Buenos Aires, which made our whole trip a lot more comfortable. "
