“The house and yard was very clean and inviting. The rain left the outdoor patio chairs wet and dirty. But the warm waters of the Spa made up for that. My grandchildren had a blast. A very friendly neighbor and his dog introduced themselves during our visit. The owners set very clear expectations for the use of their property. That made it easy to decline extra visitors I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Memphis. I hope the owners would welcome us back.”

“Nice little house close to I40 which made it easy to get to area attractions quickly. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but the parking was off street and behind the home. We never felt unsafe. “Small but well appointed. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great communication with property management. Turned out to be a great and central location even though we were not familiar with Memphis. My husband was able to jog to Overton Park each morning. The gated property adds that extra security when you are unfamiliar with surroundings. Thanks again, Tim!”
