"Property its self was good reasonably priced. The area it’s located in was a little scary. If my wife or kids had come here alone I would have had them leave. The smell of joint stunk the hallways and elevator. I just stayed only 6 hours was woken up by doors closing and people talking so pack up and left. Jokingly called my wife said glad my car was still there. Didn’t stick around to try breakfast didn’t want to leave my bags in the car or room. You know that feeling. "

"This is an extremely old Hyatt, does not even come close to usual Hyatt hotels. Desperately needs remodeling, simple things like new shower curtains are not even being kept up. No up do date charging options, carpet tearing, stains everywhere, elevator dirty. It was not the worst but I would not stay here again. Staff was very nice and helpful. "

"Room nice if you like high beds, no microwave! They got 1 baby size micowave can't fit food tray to reheat. Breakfast is $10 a day. Self park to them means no valet. Its also $22 dollars aday to park "

"My daughter and I stayed here. Felt safe in the parking deck as it is monitored and gated. View from the room was great of the bridge. Breakfast was good with the hot offerings. The room was clean and hotel was quiet."

"The staff stunk. Didn't know dry cleaning. Lost 3 dress articles trying to recover from trusting their dry cleaning promises. No bar no lobby coffee. Breakfast runner who didn't speak English. Sleepy security. TV didn't work. 5 bucks for a small bottle of water. Chip on shoulder front desk...and on and on shame because Sharon is a good brand"
