A new development is going up to the east of the Flathouse. Demolition occurs in October 2025, and construction is set to start around March 2026\. 2026 Rates reflect the inconvenience that can come with being in proximity to a construction project.

Welcome to the Marda Loop Flathouse: a fully upgraded heritage home just steps from trendy spots like Avitus Wine Bar, Le Comptoir french-style cafe, Bar Rocca, Marda Loop Brewing, and Boogie's Burgers.  
  
Tucked on a quiet street just off the main drag, the stylish home features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one ensuite).  
  
Inside, you’ll find a well-stocked home with thoughtful touches. Outside, enjoy a backyard oasis with lounge seating and BBQ.
