The unit was nice & clean. The unit had it's patio door handle not working properly. No air-conditioning. Two bathroom unit but a couple of half rolls of toilet paper that's it, & no Kleenex, so be sure to bring your own. Check in is a nightmare! All the ID photos you have to send in, everything is not clearly explained. I assumed they had my CC # but I had to send more photo ID's again & again. Which made me uncomfortable about the safety of my info. Even when we arrived we were standing outside waiting for a representative & he was standing beside us for about 10 minutes or more. With all the photo ID we had to send in & how hard was it to identify 2 retired old women. I would use VRBO again as in the past but I would not deal with Global Stay as the host. Minor complaints but when you are travelling you want everything to go smoothly.
