"Spent an extended stay at this large, 2 bed apartment in a quiet block on the first line of the beach near the port. Amazing views of the rock, beach and down to Benidorm with great sunsets. Everything was spotlessly clean, kitchen very well equipped, and everything you could want including beach umbrellas. Good wifi via 4G router. Maria, the owner, was very nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay. Hope to return one day."

"Je moet wel vitaal zijn om dit appartement te huren . Het is een duplex , en je moet voor alles twee stijle trapjes op en af. De slaapkamers en toilet liggen in de basement. Het gebouw licht op een rots en een auto is noodzakelijk. Wel keurig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. WMF pannen en bestek. Strandbedjes en een parasol.Goede bedden . Een paar gemakkelijke stoelen op het balkon zou een pré zijn en satelliet TV heeft geen Nederlandse zenders. Contact persoon Maria spreekt goed Engels...

"Seit Jahren mache ich Urlaub in Calpe und dies ist die schönste Wohnung, die ich dort je gemietet habe. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgewählt, geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Fewo liegt direkt am Strand und sehr dicht am Stadtzentrum. Einkäufe sind zu Fuß möglich und eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Cafés sind unmittelbar vor der Tür. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Great staff, spoke English. Easy check in process. Room was spacious and clean, had balcony with a view of the sea/beach between buildings. Very close to beach, restaurants and shops/supermarket, bus at door takes you to Tram station and around Calpe. Breakfast had a good selection of food and was good quality. Pool and bar on level are a must visit with great views of sea and good atmosphere. Note hotel didn’t provide beach towels, be prepared to bring or buy some. There was also easy street parking, metered at certain times but was inexpensive (make sure you read the signs). Overall good 2 night stay."

El bus L1 150 metros tebllevacpor todo Calpe. Un carrefour expres a 150 mts. El restaurante pegadito al hotel riquisimo. El staff INCREIBLE todos. Recepcion, caferlteria y limplieza. Genios todos. El desayuno super completo. La pisina con un tamaño justo y las vistas desde sus terrazas increibles. 100 % recomiendo."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était parfait : le logement est très agréable, propre et très bien équipé. Il y avait absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un séjour confortable.La vue est également incroyable, c’est vraiment un gros plus du logement et nous avons beaucoup apprécié en profiter pendant notre séjour.David a été très réactif et disponible lorsque nous avions des questions, ce qui a été très appréciable. Les enfants ont également pu pleinement profiter de la piscine et passer de très bons moments."

"This was our second stay at the villa, having stayed there last year. Excellent value all round, and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only slight downside there is no air con, but there are plenty of fans! This is a lovely roomy villa, with a good size pool and within walking distance of Calpe beach. Slight problem with the wi fi on arrival but dealt with immediately by the host once made aware of the problem. I would definitely go back again."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’emplacement est idéal et les équipements correspondent parfaitement à l’annonce. La maison est très agréable, chaleureuse, fonctionnelle et particulièrement bien pensée pour accueillir une famille.Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés : l’aspirateur manque vraiment d’efficacité et les serpillières mériteraient d’être remplacées. Les salles de bain sont également un peu vieillissantes et la climatisation serait un vrai plus, surtout en période de forte chaleur.Cela n’enlève rien à notre très bonne expérience. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ainsi que la ville et nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !"
