“The property was what we hoped. The issue we had was not typical but it maybe worth noting. After our stay we noticed we had left an expensive jacket behind. After many failed attempts to reach the hotel we have accepted the loss. After unanswered emails and lengthy times on hold and finally speaking to someone we were asked to call back the next day. We followed their direction and called the next day. Unfortunately that was the last time we had any communications with the hotel. We called many……

“I was never able to get to the hotel due to road closures caused by flooding in the area. The hotel never communicated to me via any means before hand. I made multiple attempts trying to get to the hotel through different roads and all ended up being closed at a some point. The sun went down and it was very dark. We were lucky to eventually drive out of the scary dangerous roads. A refund request was denied by the hotel. While I understand the policy, I don’t understand why the hotel never……

“Avoid room #7. First of all, you must take many steps to get to the highest floor and the lights keep turn off by itself (dark and kind of slippery). Secondly, room #7 with slanted ceiling, the ceiling is super low, it hit both my husband and myself a couple of times, and I am short, only 155cm. In my opinion, this room should not pass inspection for rent. Not safe.”
