"Everything was great the property is located in a great area. Room was not well cleaned and had small roaches in the bathroom area. "

"The place was spotless. Cutely decorated and has a back patio that makes you feel like you are in a private oasis in the middle of nowhere. But then, comveiently, you are not. It is a short 3 minute drive to the waterfront with lots of open bars and restaurants or 5 minutes the other direction to town, with groceries, pharmacy, etc. Great location. The host was also very kind and helpful. If we come to this area again, we would stay here again! "

"Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. The room and bed were comfy and you can't beat the views from the bedroom and off the balcony. Location is on the edge of the forest so lots of great sounds at night. Also lots of animals on the property including Bowie the friendliest dog ever, peacocks, ducks, chickens (and one annoying rooster, but only in the morning!) Be very patient with the hot water in the shower as runs from the main house and can be slow to heat up. And until driveway gets fixed a vehicle with more clearance is recommended. It can be tricky to find the driveway the first time - android maps are perfectly accurate, iPhone not so much. Thank you Ruben, Jessica, and Linda for a great stay!"

"What a great house for our annual trip to Puerto Rico. Our family of 10 had the best time here. The pool was the biggest hit for the kids, they had a blast. The beach was down a hill, but you really can’t beat having a private beach to hang out at. This was our first trip to the SE side of Island. So beautiful with so many mountains. I would highly recommend visiting Casa Amapola as it has everything you need. "
