“Bellissima location nel punto panoramico di Spello. Accoglienza perfetta, ci ha ache aiutato a fare le manovre per parcheggiare. Letto comodo ed essendo inverno ci ha assegnato una camera calda e confortevole. Spero di trovare posto qui, la prossima volta che visiterò Spello.”

Zudem ist die Unterkunft ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für traumhafte Wanderungen auf den Monte Subasio, entlang eines römischen Aquädukts durch die Olivenhainen, zu romantischen Bergdörfern. Wir können das Ferienhaus mit seinem netten und gastfreundlichen Vermieter sehr empfehlen.”

The host Nadia couldn’t have been more considerate and accommodating (even bringing me the most beautiful bunch of flowers for my birthday), and the house is absolutely extraordinary. Everything is done to an exceptional standard, and nothing is overlooked. “Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Een fijn vakantiehuis, zowel bij mooi als slechter weer. Grote tuin met heerlijk zwembad, maar bij kouder weer heel ruim en gezellig binnen, twee knusse haarden, een collectie dvd's etc. Een prima huis om met een grote familie in te verblijven. Enige nadeel is misschien dat het wel vrij afgelegen ligt en in de heuvels, dus je moet best veel rijden om dingen te zien. Verder heerlijk en hele vriendelijke communicatie met de lokale beheerder.”

La villa et les chambres étaient tout simplement superbes, offrant des espaces spacieux, une décoration élégante et un confort absolu. Nous nous sentions comme dans un hôtel 5 étoiles mais avec l'intimité et les commodités d'une villa privée. Nous avons également été impressionnés par les espaces extérieurs, notamment la piscine et les terrasses, qui offraient une vue spectaculaire sur les……

“This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. Someone else mentioned to bring slippers because the floor is cold and I didn't remember but do bring slippers. - It is a little bit of a drive to the town of Assisi but WOW! what a beautiful drive..In any case, we couldn't have enjoyed the place more, we hope to……

“Tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, ruhige Panoramalage, schöner Pool, jede Menge Sitzgelegenheiten schattig und sonnig. Absolut ungestörte Atmosphäre trotz zwei Wohnungen im selben Haus (separate Eingänge und Terrassen). Am Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (wir haben Gina und Orietta probiert, beide gut), Cafés etc. Sympathische und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Hinweis für Läufer/Radfahrer: Der Weg vom Haus in den Ort sind ca. 2km und 250hm aufwärts, die Hälfte……

“We hebben genoten van dit prachtig gelegen en goed geoutilleerde huis. De weg omhoog is echter nogal avontuurlijk. Jammer was ook dat de WiFi het niet deed toen wij er waren. Le Marche is een prachtige authentieke niet toeristische streek.”

“It was a pleasure to spent a time at Casciano villa. We have great time with our friends and kids (6x adults, 5x kids: 4-10 years old). Pool area, amazing views, beautiful garden, relaxing atmosphere. Silent and nature- if you like it- this is a place for you:) In my opinion kitchen is well equipped, 3 bathrooms are available with shower and bathtubs, with washing machine, villa is really clean. There are a stone stairs inside (for families with small babies it might be challenging). Property……

“Die Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich schön am Haupthaus in einem tollen Garten, einem kleinen Pool und lieben Katzen, allerdings sehr remote. Zum Meer muss man zwischen 45-66km fahren. Ist aber gut angebunden. 8km vom Haus gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Allerdings wird es ab 2 Erwachsenen eng. Sitzmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt und bei schlechtem Wetter nicht so gemütlich im Haus, da eng. Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Bad ist schön.. ein paar Haken oder……
