"The little cabin was so cute, well maintained and offered everything for cooking. The outdoor dining and grill area is perfect. Check in was as easy as driving in and parking. We arrived when it was very hot but all the windows opened to a wonderful lake breeze. There was good fishing right off the dock and plenty of lake to explore with the kayaks. Not too far into town we found a public beach for swimming, a place to rent a boat and a bar with tasty walleye and ribs. As an added bonus there was BINGO. "

"I needed a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel for one night in the area. I got all of that, plus a nice breakfast with an omelette station. I would definitely stay there again."

"The cabin was beautiful and well stocked with cooking supplies, games, towels etc. The beds were super comfortable. The hosts have done every possible to make this a lovely stay including NOT leaving a long list of things to do before you leave. As other reviews state, the walk down to the lake is a bit long and steep, but there are stairs. I got my exercise. We were a bit disappointed that the lake was so green with algae that swimming anywhere near the cabin was out of the question, the Beach was just 15 minutes away and that was nice. We also used the kayaks for a bit which we could launch right off the dock. The porch and the fire pit were lovely. "

"I suggested having lower beds in the disability rooms. Other than that the hotel and staff was nice."
