When I unfolded the bed it had not been cleaned...The bed had urine soaked sheets and blankets, still wet. The blankets on the regular beds in the room were awful! The duvet was so thin and the covering just kept slipping off every time you move. It resulted in very poor sleep for me and my family. We toughed it out for two of our three night stay because we at least enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately someone brought a drink in the pool area that was glass and broke it and the pool and hot tub had to be closed. We did not stay our final night. Every staff member seamed miserable, annoyed or uncaring. The buffet was not well maintained, not enough food and the hotel was not even very busy when we were there.
