“The property was in a neighborhood surrounded by jungle. The night sounds were amazing. The house was clean, comfortable, and indeed had a great porch surrounded by a security fence. We loved it. ”

The bugs are terrible - the floor board have spaces between them and there are large spaces between the roof and the walls, so the bugs inside are as bad as outside. You will be bitten by hundreds of bugs if you stay here. We provided the host a list of improvements, not wanting to leave a public review to allow him opportunity to make improvements, but he did not acknowledge or……

“This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! We actually booked for the lounge net area, and it did not disappoint!! **Downfalls [we understand that somethings are out of anyones control so more of a FYI] -There was nothing "comfy" about the house. It is all cement: bed frame, entire bathroom so……

“What a fun experience we had at this property! The ocean is right out the door and it gave us a taste of real island neighborhood living. The host was on property and answered any questions we had quickly. Listening to the waves at night was relaxing and the golfcart going to and from the property was fun. It was a great place to start our Puerto Rican vacation!”

“This is a charming penthouse 1 bedroom condo. We used the outside BBQ, noticed too late the washer/dryer combo on the outside patio. It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool……

We tried to sort it out through the VRBO chat and attempted to contact the host several times for help, but sadly, we didn’t receive any callbacks as requested. It felt like we were communicating with a machine instead of a person. At 12:30 a.m., we still couldn’t get in. Thankfully, a kind resident let us use their access card, which allowed our two carloads……
