“We had a AMAZING time at Caguas Santa Juana 1. The host not only were ultra welcoming, they were very professional, and super quick to respond. I have to say, Modesta by far has been the best host I have ever had in my life. Always eager to help and make our stay our home away from home. Location was central for everything we wanted to do. “The outside of the property is in desperate need of some TLC but the apartment is Very Cozy! Home away from Home. It had everything you could think of. The WiFi was good, Kitchen well stocked, bathroom was clean, shower was nice, A/C was good. This is a perfect example of don't judge a book by it's cover. I would totally recommend this apart. Oh and the location was great for everything we wanted and needed to do. I love Walmart, it was 15 minute drive, bakery and pharmacy near by. ……

“Pedro was great and the property is beautiful. The only thing we wish we would have known about was that it was on septic so they don’t want you flushing toilet paper. That was awkward. I also wish the shower was more enclosed as water gets all over and I did slip once with it being quite wet. Regardless of these couple of items, we definitely felt safe and comfortable. The pool and waterfall is beautiful and the views are breathtaking!”

“Overall, I enjoyed my 9‑day stay at this studio. It’s in a great neighborhood, close to everything, and felt safe and convenient. The space itself was comfortable, but I did run into two issues: the housekeeper only came once during my entire stay, and there was an ant infestation that required constant treating. Despite that, the location and general comfort made it a decent stay.”
