"The staff is friendly, the first room I got had a bad smell, it’s a pet friendly hotel but they should really split them, like they would the smoking and non-smoking rooms. I asked for a different room and thankfully they were able to accomodate me. They answered all my questions and concerns. Again, all staff were nice and helpful."

"While first getting acquainted with hotel was complicated at first because it’s so large, we soon got used to it. The rooms were beautiful, the food excellent, and the pool was fantastic. The kids loved the splash pad and slide. We also loved the beach which was clean and fun for the kids to play in the sand. "
