“I let the property manager know ahead of time that we were looking forward to the hot tub working. I guess I would have thought they would make sure it worked…it didn’t for the whole stay. Poor communication after I let them know it didn’t work and not a word about being sorry that it didn’t work. It’s definitely off the beaten path if that’s what you’re looking for…I little bit to rural for us.”
