“Amagatay is a peaceful oasis in rural Menorca. The hotel and surrounding grounds are stunning. We both felt incredibly relaxed after a spending a couple of days there in the tranquil setting. The service was excellent, with the friendly staff always on hand to help or provide recommendations. My partner had a massage there and said it was one of the best she ever had. “They just opened! We recognize that. The staff has some kinks to work out, they failed at our breakfast orders multiple times, and I still feel like they are finding their rhythm but overall it’s a beautiful lovely place. It’s quite remote which we didn’t realize but absolutely gorgeous when you get out there. Recommend their house drink and the gym. Dare I say prettiest gym view on the planet? ”

“We loved our stay at Torre Vella Fontenille. The property is expansive and beautifully maintained, with wild-feeling grounds, a gorgeous pool area, and walking paths that lead to the cliffs and sea in about 20 minutes. Bikes are available to borrow for free—we used them to ride to the Talayotic site of Torre d’en Galmés, just ten minutes away. “Pretty decent Hotel, clean everywhere and friendly staff. Nice pool area and sunbeds all well kept with plenty of umbrellas. Food plenty of choice and as quality as you’d except from an all inclusive buffet. Drinks too syrupy. Room had air conditioning but not switched on so like an oven. Asked for a fan and staff were helpful However we had to build it as it was brand new. Shower cubicle a little small. Good it had fridge but no milk given and tea and coffee sachets not refilled. “Everything about this hotel is delightful. The layout the ambience the size of the rooms and the staff. I was disturbed by some fellow noisy guests and was moved to a different room. I enjoyed the stay so much I booked additional nights.”

“One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in. Check in was straightforward, and the receptionist was very lovely and patient with my “poco español”. The room was a dream, sheets were clean and comfy. I just wish there’s a free pool to use as a guest, otherwise this would be a 5 star review”
