A little slice of Paradise!
House was clean and well stocked. The area was convenient to shopping and beaches, yet quiet and friendly. The view of the canal was lovely. We also enjoyed the pool. The lanai had a lot of spiders and webs, reason for 4 on cleanliness. There were no kayaks as advertised, but we don’t kayak so wasn’t an issue for us. Overall we did enjoy our stay there and would visit again.

A well-appointed and clean property with a nice heated swimming pool. We couldn’t figure out the television in the living room, but eventually made something work with the master bedroom TV. Kitchen has all you will need. Beds very comfortable . Area just ok but a quick drive to Sanibel or Ft. Meyers.

Our family stayed at the property for our Spring Break 2023. The house was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and we enjoyed some family kayak trips in the canal (3 kayaks and a SUP were available for use). I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property for someone wanting to stay in the Cape Coral area.

Great Winter Getaway
Relaxing two weeks with friends. Central location to many of the South West Florida locations. We enjoyed Everglades, Marco Island, Naples and of course Cape Coral. Enjoyed kayaking on the canal and swimming in the beautiful pool. Extremely well equipped with everything that you would want in your home away from home. Communication between Dave and us was fabulous before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Amazing three weeks!
We stayed at this lovely home for three weeks while visiting family who live in the area. The home was very clean, well equipped and many thoughtful touches. This house is close to everything. It was easy to navigate the area, close to Beaches. The house was very clean, it had everything you would need. The pool was great! Enjoy the view of the canal. Manatees cruised the canal. The house was in a quite location, everyone around was friendly.

So Many Thoughtful Touches
We rented Dave's place to have plenty of activities to enjoy while we were in the area for a week-long baseball tournament. We really loved having the dock to fish from, the well-heated pool to play in, the kayaks & bikes to explore the area, and the beach stuff for a trip to Sanibel. It was so fun to find a sweet welcome basket from our very pleasant host as well! The comfy home has a great roomy layout, nice furnishings & decor, well-stocked kitchen & supplies, and beautiful yard, landscaping & view. We would absolutely return!!

Such an amazing house and host!
We stayed here for a family get away - myself, husband, and 3 young kiddos. Our kids loved the pool and all the supplied pool toys. We loved the dock, kayaking, fishing, and exploring the canal. We saw both manatee and dolphins right in the back yard. The pool area is so clean and relaxing. The house bedrooms were very comfortable. The host was amazing to work with. There is a grocery store very close by as well as a lot of good resturants. We grilled out a lot at the house and ventured to ft. myers, sanibel, and bonita which were all about 30 minutes from the house. Overall we loved this property and will be back.
