“The place was very clean and in great condition. Very easy check in. The color scheme was very relaxing and I loved the artwork. we only used the queen bed which was comfortable. Parking was not an issue because we were there in the off season. We would consider renting again for next year if still available.”

“This little house was EXACTLY what I was looking for! We came down for 2 nights for my daughter to compete at the convention center so the location was perfect walking distance. I needed a separate room for myself to sleep since my 4 & 6 year old my mom keep me up at night so the room situation was again, perfect! The house was CLEAN which is the first thing I noticed & appreciated very much. We were able to find free parking at the end of the street and we left the car all weekend since……

“We were looking for something with a little more room & comfort than a standard hotel since we were coming from S.C. for my nephew’s boot camp graduation from Camp May. Very convenient to Cape May. Very clean & perfect for our little blended family to unwind after a long road trip. Really enjoyed the outdoor furniture once the weather cleared up. Easy walk to boardwalk & beach. Has some issues getting in when we first got there, but host was super responsive & had it worked out in just a few……

“What a peaceful and beautiful place! I was teleworking and had the most fantastic view of the dunes, the foxes, the birds the waves and the sunrise. This place is a gem.”

“There's windows on all sides of the house. The wall that faces the beach/bay is all windows, so you see the water at all times of day. It keeps you connected with the bay.”

“But definitely not our last. We wanted a beach getaway without the traffic and crowds you find further south and Broadkill fit the bill. This cottage is perfect for a couple a family or small group. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We loved hanging out on the screened porch playing cards and a couple of the board games provided. The beach is just a 2 minute walk and my husband is still talking about the pizza he had from the Broadkill store……

“The house is perfect for small families and right on the water as advertised. Both the front and back yard are fenced in with ample outdoor furniture and grill. The porch is lovely with wrap around screened in windows, we did not use the bed in this space but a nice mostly private option for those who may need it. Very mermaid themed for all mermaid lovers.”

“My partner, my roommate, and I stayed here for a week with our fur babies in early October. It was everything we were hoping for and expecting. The weather was still perfect for lazy beach days. The property was perfect for us, especially as a couple with a friend. The separate suite was so nice for us to have privacy but still be able to come together as a group when we wanted to. I love the beach here, it’s quiet and cozy and great for fur family members. Lots of dog centric locals who weren’t……

“We had such a wonderful first time visiting Cape May around Christmas time! Lyn and Anthony were wonderful and gracious hosts and their cottage is idyllic!! We enjoyed walks on the beach that is just steps away and stayed warm with the fire pit and hot tub in the evening. Their cottage has everything you need for your stay and downtown is just a short drive away!!”
