"We stayed in an ADA room and the one thing we didn't understand was the shower had no door or curtain. I was told the floors in the bathroom were made so you didn't need one. It still got the bathroom floor wet and had to be dried. Other than that the hotel was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and Boarding House located in a great place, close to everything. Very clean room."
Wilbraham Mansion

"Wow the Wilbraham is so special! Fantastic location and amenities. The heated pool was such a nice touch. The jacuzzi pool in the room was like a personal hot tub. The room decor had me dreaming of the Titanic. Very comfortable space and amazing hospitality. Tons of street parking. I would absolutely stay here again."

"The food and service at the Barefoot lounge was excellent. Th epool was very good and convenient being next to the lounge. Parking at times was a little difficult as spaces filled up quickly. All-in-all avery nice place, this is our second year at this time of year."
La Mer Beachfront Resort

"The property is clean & the staff is friendly. Every employee greeted us whenever we encountered them throughout the property. The beach & pool are nice, but there aren’t many other amenities. I would have appreciated an adults-only pool, as there were a lot of children & it was difficult to really relax by the pool. Our room was clean, but the bed was not comfortable. We also had several maintenance issues during our stay. On day one, our door would not stay locked; on day two, the toilet wouldn’t flush. On day three, the A/C stopped working & we had to sleep in the room next door until it could be repaired the next morning. I did appreciate how quickly the staff addressed the issues. The hotel is at the quieter end of the beachfront, which was a positive for us. It’s roughly a 20–30 minute walk to many of the restaurants & shops in town. I would have liked 24-hour coffee & tea service in the lobby. There is a Keurig-type coffee maker in the room, but nothing for making tea and only tap water available. My biggest issue was on day three, when the National Weather Service issued a tornado warning. I called the front desk to ask where guests should go for safe shelter. I was transferred around, & the last person I spoke with responded, “It’s not even raining!”Regardless of the weather outside at that moment, hotel staff should know the emergency procedures. Overall, we had a nice trip & Cape May itself was enjoyable to experience but for us it was a one and done destination."

"Usually for most of the Bed and Breakfasts, they provide iron for their guests. However our room didn’t had any Iron to iron our clothes. Also, the bathroom didn’t had any sink to wash hands inside. Instead the sink and vanity was right next to our bed. Which was a little off for us. The place is nice and clean, and close to cape May city, and major shopping places. The breakfast was nice too."

"I was traveling as a mom with her 13 year old son and we got a third floor two queen beds room. All of the rooms face the ocean but the third floor is the best. The rooms are large and very clean and comfortable and my son and I enjoyed playing uno on our porch watching the sunset opposite the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We really had such a wonderful stay, walking to arcades and restaurants and ben and jerry's. We had beach passes provided by the hotel and could walk on the beach whenever we wanted. We will definitely be coming back next year and will probably be bringing more family with us. Thank you so much for this amazing vacation."

"I liked the history, idea of it. Didn’t feel like they offered enough for what was paid. Son’s room decorated much cuter, could feel the era more. Our room, not too much effort put forth, plus a door under one of the beds. Like, who cares. A lamp on floor to keep curtain drawn for ac."
