Check in was rough. Texts encouraged me to check in at kiosk but after scanning code at several, it didn't work and I had to wait in a long line. Why send texts if kiosks don't work? It was apparent they weren't really working for anyone. Room floor was very handy and shower curtain liner looked kind of gross. There was also someone else glob if hair in the tub. We stayed a couple nights but no one ever came to clean our room so we were stuck with wet towels on day 2 and 3. There was no hotel guide listing pool info or anything else and no clock. Bed was comfy for me, but not my husband. Generally, we were confused the entire time there. There really needs to be more signage especially for people who've never stayed here before. There was a nice selection of restaurants but again, confusing to find some of them. Our service at Carmines wasn't very good, but the food was great! Not sure we'll stay at Trop again unfortunately based on this stay.
