Tropicana lost its sparkle..been going there for over 10 years and this year I was put in Chelsea towers and it was disaster they had issue with hot water not working and they gave a $50 food credit for next stay as if that was going to make up for not being able to shower… Rooms were dated and old and there was black mold in the shower which was supposed to be white.. no ice machine on my floor.. no ac in the hallways windows dirty not even able to see nice view. Walking through there was trash on the floor just a general lack of cleaning. Closed escalators..slow front desk..and they charged $15 to sit on a regular lounge chair at the pool as a guest! Casino game tables were few and far between.. At one time Tropicana was the go to spot and now they lost it…won’t be returning

The room was very nice and the room service was great and l loved the view from my room the front desk service was great. I would come stay there again.😊👍
