"Definitely not a 4start hotel, I would say its maybe 2 stars at best. Originally, we were put in a handicap room that did not have a toilet seat, had tears in the toilet (unsanitary), had used shampoo containers in the shower (so was likely not cleaned well) and had a horrible smell from the shower bathroom like sewage. We arrived late at night so we stayed and first thing in the morning asked to change rooms. The front desk staff was very rude and annoyed at the request and refused to move us. When, I said that I would need to cancel the remaining nights to find a new hotel, then they looked to change rooms but gave us a VERY hard time about it. The new room was only ok, at least no smell. They claim that in the future they will make all rooms handicap accessible, meaning no toilet seats and open showers, which I find very uncomfortable for families. The beds are not comfortable, the hotel is very out of the way and breakfast is quite limited (at least friendly staff for breakfast). We will definitely not stay at this hotel again. "

"This hotel is basically brand new as of April 2026. The room was clean and fresh with everything we needed, and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Less than 10 minutes' walk from Piacenza Station, and 10-15 minutes walk to the historic centre. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended."

"We booked this to be close to the airport or metro area but it’s not walking distance, however, there is a shuttle every 30 minutes that the hotel offers. And you can grab the metro from the airport. Overall staff was kind, facilities is nice - however, cleanliness could improve."

"I specifically booked this hotel because of the 'included free transfers to Linate Milano airport'. Then found that they only operate beween 9-5pm. So ended up having to get a taxi costing 50 Euros - not ideal!"

"The staff were all 15/10. I spent 8 nights there with a collegue for work. Each shift was attentive, kind, and professional. They all are doing wonderful jobs. No complaints on the rooms or the bathrooms. Great overall experience and value. "

"The actual room isn’t the bad but on arrival it does look like you are entering a Prison and that’s not even me being dramatic. The hotel is in a weird area in the middle of nowhere it’s surrounded by high mental spiked fences and the gate locks there’s no way.of getting in or out without the guy who contacts you on WhatsApp letting you. It’s very strange. I did question when entering if I would come out of there alive but here I am writing this review. Room was clean with a hidden touch of tobacco. Bathroom is nice and the room was fine for what I needed it for which was just an early flight stop off. "

"One of The rooms had a lot of mold spots in the shower ceiling and some other in the room hallway. The other room was missing part of the ceiling. The room card worked only the first time entry, for the other time we entered the room, the front desk gentleman had to walk to the room and open it with a key because he tried two times to configure the card again and did not work. The location was convenient from the highway, the breakfast was good, the bed and pillows were good, but unfortunately the experience was terrible because the mold was a health concern and it was a big area, not some spots. Also if you are remodeling the hotel you should provide the guest a complete room and work on others, we should not stayed in a room without ceiling, without shower doors. "
