“We are a family of 3 (husband, wife & daughter) traveling with 2 dogs. If you want a rustic getaway, this is the place to be! The cabin was perfect with all the comforts you have at home. It was clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay, it was so quiet and peaceful. Christine and her husband were amazing hosts and were always ready to answer questions or help out when needed! The breakfast that was brought to us every morning was plentiful and delicious consisting of scrambled……

“It is definitely a 2-star, as noted on the property. When I arrived at the room, it was as though someone had been living there and had just walked out before my arrival. There were fake eyelashes on the shower wall, and the shower and bathroom sink were not cleaned. The bathmat had been used and was still on the floor, wet. The kitchen sink was very dirty, with dishes in the drying rack but not clean. I am not a germaphobe by any means, but I had to go to my car to get Lysol wipes to wipe……

“We loved Eagles Nest, the old school charm was refreshing. Very clean, spacious room - super comfy bed. Dinner was great, with probably the best cheesecake we’ve ever had and a decent wine list. Tim is outstanding, very professional and takes his role(s) seriously. We would certainly recommend!!”
