“My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. “Staying here was an awesome experience, if even for a day. We arrived late in the evening and the owner Mario was so very accommodating and informative. We stayed in the side house, an interesting property with its centuries-old design. We could feel the history in every room. It was very comfortable, very roomy and the amenities made us feel right at home. The drive up may intimidate some (if during at night), as it winds up the mountain side, but staying there is well worth it. Thank you Mario……

“The only issue I experienced was with the television. The remote control did not work. The staff tried to replace it, but that replacement did not work. The third remote worked intermittently, the television only responded after pressing the buttons multiple times. It was almost impossible to navigate the channel guide. I gave up and by that time the reception was unstaffed.”
