“This place was amazing with the best views of the lake and mountains. Very big bedroom and nice new kitchen. A little confusing about parking since this property does not offer free parking and you will have to figure out where to park and for how long. Read city signs carefully. ”

“Simple appartment in a block of flats. The kitchen is small and poorly equipped, given the size of the flat. Be aware that it has no air-conditioning. (We noticed, because it was >33°C outside.) Big rooms, we slept well. No dedicated parking available, so we had to look elsewhere for public parking, which was no big deal, though. Communication with the agency was a disaster. After I reserved the object, I was directed to their web page via email to provied more data and pay the tax. However, the……

“Owner was very responsive and the listing is spot-on. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Lovely garden, patio and hammock in which to relax. Property is well-equipped and clean. Easy 9 minute walk to downtown Lugano where there is plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property isn’t air conditioned and open windows can lend themselves to a bit of noise from cars passing by, but it’s a lovely property in a great location.”

“Apartment was lovely - plenty of room for 3 people. Having two full bathrooms was a plus. The balcony with view of the mountains was one of the highlights of this beautiful property.”

“This unit is located close to the water, bus lines, and a reasonable walk to the restaurants. Bus lines will connect you from the train station to nearby the apartment. The building was well-maintained, quiet and clean. Although in a city region, the street that the building was located on is quiet by day and reasonably quiet at night -especially for a weekend. There was some street activity of people and cars but not at all excessively noisy. The apartment is small, but was fine for three……
