"Nice property in a great location BUT..The pool and immediate area were unusable. The pool was full of Stagnant green water complete with resident 'wildlife'. The villa was very cold and attempts to warm up were difficult due to poor electrics. The system continually 'tripped' if we had more than half the appliances on. We did learn to live with this by the 3rd day, but we shouldn't have to. We really should have been able to have a shower with a heater on or boil a kettle without having to turn...

"Checkin was a little difficult but once we got there it was incredible! It's a little far from wverytbjnf but it wasn't a problem as we had a car. It's a little hot despite having one AC upstairs. The major con to this place is directly over the fence there is a RV park shower/hangout area. Every night for 5 nights they are very loud until 3/4 am."

"The space was like being at home, and the host family was incredibly kind. I cannot wait to return to Capaci. The host was communicative and went above and beyond to be helpful. Walk to the beach was about 15 minutes and it’s a beautiful beach with beach clubs as well as spaces to lay on your own. "

"Host Paul Mahoney goes beyond in care, warmth and hospitality. House fully equipped, spectacular setting. Only challenge is the rutted, single track (3-4 km) road which would be a challenge for many traveller’s. A 4-wheel drive is a MUST to make it up to the villa "

"The entire property was extremely well cared for with lovely furnishings, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds , a terrific view from patio. We spent wonderful afternoons in the great pool. "From the moment we arrived Alberto was fantastic and very helpful. Alberto, Carlos and Alberto’s mum provided a fantastic Sicilian feast on the first night and catered for one of the party who has a nut allergy. The villa is lovely and the pool, grounds were perfect. It is a little tricky getting to and from the villa with the car but quickly got used to it. This was the perfect relaxing part of our Sicilian holiday. Already planning a return. Grazie!!"
