“The resort was lovely, Ccean and th staff was hospitable. My only critisam was the pool was not avaiable as it was under renovation.”

“This was an actual working Agritourismo farm. The meals were excellent. Their wines are outstanding ( made on the property). Rooms are excellent! We will return!”

“Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia.”

“Grosse Hotelanlage mit teilweise stillgelegten Gebäuden- Hotel selbst wunderbar, modern und sensationellen Ausblick.Zimmer sind modern, komfortabel und zweckmäßig. Der Privatstrand ist schön* jedoch sehr steinig- ohne Schuhe nicht empfehlenswert. Schön wäre eine Bar am Strand. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr hilfreich und freundlich. insbesondere und der junge Rezeptionist ist sehr bemüht und sehr zuverkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist ok- wobei ich mitmrvschon Weinglässer statt……

“Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, aber kann mich nicht beschweren. Den einzigen Abzug gibt es für die Lage des Hotels. Die Gegend ist etwas heruntergekommen und es liegt sehr viel Müll überall. Zudem ist es ein gutes Stück vom Zentrum entfernt”

“Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel - in einer ruhigen Straße abseits vom Trubel und innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man mitten im Geschehen. Individuell eingerichtete Zimmer, toller Innenhof, leckeres Frühstück - und vor allem herzliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

Happy we found this accommodation, felt perfectly quite, restful, and secluded -away from the frenetic pace of the street markets a very short walk from your door. We shall return, just love Palermo. “My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional.”

“This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. We……
