“What an amazing stay, from the moment you step in you see that a lot of thought was put both to the rooms and the public places. We enjoyed our stay and Stefano's hospitality. The location is a bit isolated and you will need a car but that's also what makes it great, few minutes walk from various beaches the nearest town is only few minutes away. Unfortunately this time it was a short visit but we will come back for sure. ”

“This was an actual working Agritourismo farm. The meals were excellent. Their wines are outstanding ( made on the property). Rooms are excellent! We will return!”

“Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia.”

“Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, aber kann mich nicht beschweren. Den einzigen Abzug gibt es für die Lage des Hotels. Die Gegend ist etwas heruntergekommen und es liegt sehr viel Müll überall. Zudem ist es ein gutes Stück vom Zentrum entfernt”

“Grosse Hotelanlage mit teilweise stillgelegten Gebäuden- Hotel selbst wunderbar, modern und sensationellen Ausblick.Zimmer sind modern, komfortabel und zweckmäßig. Der Privatstrand ist schön* jedoch sehr steinig- ohne Schuhe nicht empfehlenswert. Schön wäre eine Bar am Strand. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr hilfreich und freundlich. insbesondere und der junge Rezeptionist ist sehr bemüht und sehr zuverkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist ok- wobei ich mitmrvschon Weinglässer statt……

“Our rooms were immaculate, everything you could possibly want including the most beautiful beach is right at your fingertips. Alessia the beautiful young woman who cooks at breakfast was such a joy along with her coworkers. I highly recommend breakfast because of these sweet and attentive staff members. Also, the young lady who prepares cocktails by the pool, also outstanding. The front desk staff was very helpful as well. I can’t say enough good things about this property and the……

“This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. We……

“My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional.”
