The room was on the small side. I felt that the $20 per dog per day charge was high. I am willing to pay a cleaning charge but that should be a one time charge per stay. Staff only needs to do extra vacuuming once after we leave whether one night or seven. Imagine a 7 night stay with 2 dogs, extra $280 for what? Otherwise I would stay again.

It was perfect. Clean and cozy. Everything worked. Curtains kept out all lights from outside. Electric heaters warmed up room quickly without making even the slightest noise or rattling. Bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept better than I do at home. I was in a bottom floor room and heard nothing prom the room above or rooms beside mine.

Nelson is a very nice town to walk around and from the Alpine Inn you can walk down into town very easily. Great restaurants and bars close by.

While the room was small and not overly fancy it was very clean and nice smelling as well as the TV and Bed were newer and very comfortable. The property is clean, and quaint. The staff are fantastic and after a week of crappy over priced hotels with awful service from name brand chains this was a terrific experience
