“We got there early and understandably couldn’t check in early, but the man behind the desk didn’t help us with our bags and just watched as we struggled to get them into an unlocked room. Overall the staff was pretty unhelpful. No rooms have AC and our room was facing the ocean, which was beautiful, but when we got into our room it was HOT and no one bothered to open the window to let in fresh air.
