"What an island and what a place to stay! Villa Beach Cottages is one of the most pleasant places we've stayed - all-inclusive/its relatives are not our thing. We are looking for home base, which led us here. This was such an amazing find. The cottage was clean with a well stocked kitchen we took advantage of numerous times (Massy Supermarket is .5 miles south). We have zero complaints about the lovely room or its sufficient provisions. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Look at the pictures of the beach. This place is amazing because of its people. We like family owned places because they treat you like guests of the family and take care of anything you need. Set up a roundtrip taxi to Gros Piton the evening before? Done (if you need a taxi, ask them to get Claudius for you if he's available, he's awesome). Dinner reservations in a couple hours? Easy. Make it an hour earlier just because the kids are hungry? Yeah, they took care of that too. The best advice for doing local things the right way? Can't beat this front desk. We primarily dealt with Nicole and Shareesa (I am embarrassed that I might be doing a disservice to one or both spellings), but everyone we came across was wonderful - the kind of people you want to tell about your day. Adela, chef at the restaurant, is one of the sweetest people we've met. Her food is some of the savoriest we've had. Let's not forget Colin, the GM. A good soul with the gift of conversation. We'll be back!"

"The building, facility and our penthouse villa was absolutely breathtaking and perfect! The pictures depict this luxury villa very accurately! Wonderful unit, exceptionally clean, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, comfortable beds and sofa, amazing balconies with glass railings overlooking a dreamy view of the ocean! Perfect pool and court yard. Alex even cooked us an amazing fish BBQ to die for! Alex is well connected and arranged dinners at the Coal Pot, Big Chef, and even helped arrange excursions so we didn't have to wait around trying to make bookings! As a host he was super friendly and made us feel like family at home! Alex also provided fresh ripe mango's daily from the mango trees on the property, as well as a fresh papaya grown on the property as well. Totally over the top property for luxury, location, view, cleanliness, friendliness, atmosphere, and size! Will visit again and will keep in touch with Alex! "

"The grounds are outstanding. Beach condition and the location for a sunset view is fantastic. Nice quiet pools. Great food and drinks. Plenty of selection so you won't get bored with menus. For something different, ask for a chocolate rum martini in the champagne room after dinner. Boutique feel overall and not crowded."

"We stayed from July 16th to 24th for the 2025 Carnival, which was a truly memorable experience. The accommodation offered spectacular views, and Judah was extremely helpful in assisting us with tours and transportation—thank you. During our trip, we participated in a chocolate-making class, enjoyed a catamaran tour, visited the Pitons, took a rainforest aerial tram ride, explored a volcano and waterfalls, experienced a relaxing mudbath, and sampled delicious Caribbean cuisine."

Having Gus, our driver, the whole week to take us on tours of the island, golf, hikes, street party, restaurants and grocery store was just perfect! You do not want to drive yourself on the island. We can not wait to go back!!"

"Enjoyed our stay at the calabash resort, we stayed in the cottages and really loved the privacy and quietness of the property. The beach was very quiet and we enjoyed utilizing the kayaks provided. The overall property was very well maintained. The food was very good we really enjoyed the daily chef specials at the restaurant the service was also very good. This was our first time in st Lucia and we didn’t leave the resort however I would highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a very relaxed setting. "

"Our stay at sandals La Toc was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to any of our requests. Our favorite staff member was Share. She made our stay extra special with her customer service. Mikege at the pool was also great as was Germain by the main pool bar. Jamal at travel and loyalty was so helpful in helping us book our next stay at La Toc in 2027. If you go, make sure you seek out Share for her exceptional customer service. "We greatly enjoyed our stay in the villas. The property is well maintained and very clean. There are three villas on the property, so you may be sharing the pool area with others. There are plenty of chairs and space to hang out in that area, so it is not inconvenient. The host was very helpful throughout the process and check in was easy. If you are planning to drive on the island be prepared because the road to the property is at a sharp turn with a steep incline. There is parking for each villa that you will need to back into; it can be tricky. The property is gated so there is privacy and security. Be sure to lock the gate as you come and go. The villa itself is well decorated and comfortable with smart tvs in each room. The wi-fi worked great! There is a fully functional kitchen if you plan to cook or if you eat leftovers for breakfast like us. The bathrooms are nice with towels and toilet paper provided. There are individual AC units in each bedroom as well as a fan. The living room area does not have a AC unit, but there is fan. It can get hot in there, but open some windows and turn on the fan and it is comfortable. The biggest selling point of this property is the view. It is gorgeous!!! Downside-The beach is in walking distance if you are willing to HIKE. There was no clear path and the only beach we found was near the airport. Otherwise, this place is perfect!!!!!!! I highly recommend it. "

"This property has an amazing view from the pool and a short walk to the beach. We totally enjoyed our stay. We were close to the Castries market, gas station and places to eat. One day we did the Julian land and see boat tour, which was wonderful. We had Anna the chef prepare a wonderful meal for us. Heather was very responsive. We can’t say enough good things about this property."

"This place has a beautiful view of the harbour and the sea. It is surrounded by lush tropical trees, fruit trees, and flowers.The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the experience of living in an old plantation house without air conditioning. It felt almost like living in a museum.We quickly got into the rhythm of opening the windows and doors for the day and enjoying the Caribbean breeze.We are not dog lovers, but they gave us our personal space. And arriving home at the end of a long day they became our welcoming committee. We are thankful for the tip of renting a 4 x 4. You definitely need one to get up the hill.Cathy is a very gracious and helpful host. She was very informative and was available for any questions."
