"We had a great stay at this resort. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The pool and pool deck were fantastic! They have a small beach front now but you can easily walk along SMB too. Our favorite part was snorkeling in front of the hotel. We saw lots of fish, including a large barracuda. "

"I stayed two nights here, my first room didn't have hot water for showers and the second room's thermostat battery was low and the air conditioning wasn't working properly as a result. Plus check out is super early at 10 am for some reason, and their policy is to charge you $25 to extend it to 11am. It would be much more convenient for customers if the check out were at 11am or 12pm. On the plus side, the hotel had a lot of amenities and was very clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating where they were able. "

"We had a fabulous stay in March! Property is stylish and clean, coffee shop is wonderful and staff is well trained and so nice! Even though the property isn’t on the beach, the beach is a short walk away and there is a nice playground on the way. Lounge chairs and chair service was excellent, lots of shade too. We had a 9 month old and 2.5 year old and it was so fun. "
