Front desk is SO slow to check in. I had a delivery and the guy working the desk was rude and insulting about having to accept it and hold it for 30min while I came to retrieve it from the show ring. Hotel is new and nice.. could use decor on the long hall ways

Room clean, bed comfortable, front counter person was meh, shower had weak flow, garbage cans at front door overflowing, no room service because not enough employees, the bar/restaurant staff were great and food was good.
