“Prior to the stay there was a discussion about a refund related to checking out three days early due to a scheduling conflict with my kids. I contacted both the host and VRBO more than a week before our scheduled check-in on December 29. Was told it was approved. Host charged us for the entire stay. “Gorgeous space with an amazing view of downtown. Ample kitchen space and tools for cooking a meal. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Loved the coziness of the living area. Easy check in process too with clear instructions and no issues entering the property or garage. Will definitely consider staying here again!”

“I was charged twice for.damage protection. I paid when booking and then forced to pay another when checking in. I contacted the property management a lot of times, but they kept talking about something else. I have now wasted a lot of time and have VRBO support trying to help because this is against policy. I also couldn't get into the property with tbe code I was given and spent 30 minutes in the hallway with support trying numerous different codes. The property wasn't very clean.”
