check-in date: - not greeted by anyone in the front desk - door lock reinforcer was not properly screwed in, this was a safety concern next day morning: - I took pictures of door lock reinforcer and brought it to the front desk. I was immediately identified by the staff since I already left bad check-in experience online. I was then challenged that I should've come downstairs when I found the dock lock reinforcer problem. Who in the hospitality industry challenges customers like that? If the staff already saw the bad experience the night before? Why couldn't the front desk send engineer to fix it proactively? Instead, I had to let the staff that I was too tired to come downstairs? - later that night when we came back to the room, the reinforcer was more properly screwed in. Next day morning: when we were exiting the room, we found the reinforcer screw came off again. It appeared the screw hole was already going through numerous in/out, and became worn out. It is not going to work anymore, but we already gave up. During the entire stay, the toilet was not flushing properly, we had to flush multiple times (2 at a minimum, sometimes 4~5 times) to get all objects flushed away. Horrible quality. Haven't experienced another hotel that's as bad as this.

Nice large rooms, very clean. Breakfast buffet is a little pricey, but amazing and worth it considering it is on site. The gym could use some updating. Also, for such nice rooms and beds the bathroom really leaves something to be desired. Shower heads are small and low pressure. Also, only one teeny tiny shelf for your own products and no benches to help with shaving.

Excellent price, location, facilities, and customer service! We used the valet parking and had a flat tire when we went to pick up the car. The valet manager was extremely friendly and helpful, and put on the spare tire himself for us. Highly recommend this hotel!
