Left a bag in my room. Called three times in an attempt to retrieve it. Could never reach the proper person. No valuables involved. Still irritated at that. Also, the elevator to the underground parking is a public one. Anybody could get on or follow you down.

All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay! The room was lovely with a beautiful view and to sleep in, the black out curtains were amazing.

The property is easy to get in and park below the hotel with covered parking. Clean and modern rooms help with the overall with proximity to Light Rail, bus and walkable to most dining and events (including US Bank Stadium). We wish they include free Wifi and some breakfast. Some fans in the room & bathroom along with microwave would compliment our stay as well. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay for our events and quiet for resting afterwards.

Great place to stay. Can walk to all attractions. Only have it a pleasing because they did not clean room when they were supposed to but they did pay for our parking because of it. Very good place overall.
