"Our stay was super easy with the code check in and key box etc. Room was lovely and very clean. The only issue we had was unfortunately with one of the other guests at the hotel, which is obviously completely out of the hotel hands but due to shouting, banging and crashing from 6am, and the police arriving it ruined our stay. Huge shame as we loved the hotel. Hopefully our next stay will be much more pleasant. "

"Great stay. Free parking. At quiet end of Broad St. As most properties are residential you do not get the noisy revellers trudging up and down the corridors at all hours. Apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. "

"Really cheap. The room was clean and smelt clean but there was damp in it.
The area is really noisly with a motorbike driving around until around 2am. Guest were also noisy in the rooms next to me at both sides which isnt really the hotels fault but they were up until 3am so not the best nights sleep."

Basic room which AA would give 2 star rating. Photos online of parking shows tarmac but its actually pebbled. It is clean and a fan waa supplied. Plenty of tea & coffee in the room.
Easy walking distance to city centre for utilita arena and plenty of places to eat and drink, which are open very late"

Book the house out for a group of friends and I to stay as we all explored activities in the area.
Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival.

"Fabulous hotel. First time I stayed here, but I'll definitely return. The reception staff were lovely, room was huge, gorgeous comfy pillows duvel and bed. Great bathroom, water provided too. Mailbox and Broad Street just around the corner and a short walk from New Street Station too. Highly recommended, we didn't want to leave! "

"What a find. On driving up to the lroperty, we were taken back with the beauty. We were apprehensive asnon a univereity site but to need to be at all.
Check in easy and free parking.
Walked through busy bar (2 weddings on) but no issues at all. A little noise heard from room until music finished but was grand.
