People are friendly

The room was clean and staff was friendly. Only issue we had was with the pool. Took the kid to go swimming and it was extremely green and cloudy water. Smelled like algae. Could definitely tell it needed more chlorine and chemicals to clean it. Would not let her swim in that.

Walk around the campus at Neosho County Community College during your stay in Chanute. Wander the beaches or discover the area's sunrises.
You can spend time browsing the exhibits at Martin and Osa Johnson Safari Museum during your trip to Chanute. Stroll along the beaches or experience the area's entertainment venues.
Though Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center might be what brings you to town, perhaps you'll have a chance to explore more of Chanute while you are here.

People are friendly
Very easy to find dining and shopping areas
It’s a small farm town so everything closes early, quiet and friendly people.
Was just pasding through on way to Heartland Park in Topeka.
I was visiting friends that’s why I didn’t take in any of the neat places that were available to see. Maybe next time on a visit back is always an opposition!
I love chanute. Family is from there. If you get the chance go to The Red Pepper it is some great Mexican food
