We had an excellent stay. The rooms were clean. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was good. The women at front desk was awesome. I told her my husband and I were there to celebrate our anniversary. She went out our way to put to a small basket with goodies as a gift. We were very touched and grateful to recieved excellent customer service. Now a days that doesn't happen to often. We diffently will be back

Fantastic property.

room carpet very worn out

As usual we're very pleased with the room, they keep it clean and ready for us before checking in times, also breakfast buffet was great and service was excellent.

Enjoyed our stay here, very nice clean and large rooms. Pool, gym free breakfast and coffee, outdoor seating area and free beer! Wonderful location seems like the center of the city. Plenty of restaurants located close by.

The staff were helpful, the room and pool were great, and it's in a nice location.

Really nice property, rooms were well equipped and staff was very friendly

This hotel was very clean. The staff were kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a good stay, room was cleaned very well and the staff was excellent

Clean

The room and property were very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good with hot and cold items. Overall a great stay.

We had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean. Braiden was so helpful and offered great customer service when we checked in. He was very patient and kind. There was an irate customer right before us who was absolutely rude to Braiden. The complaint had nothing to do with Braiden and it sounded like it was beyond his control. I do not think any customer who be allowed to treat the staff like that. Braiden handled himself SO well during it all.

Lovely place and comfortable

I would definitely stay here again, loved the stay

This BW is on Padre Island and is a smaller hotel with just two levels, which is my preference over staying in a large multi-floor hotel. Each room exists directly outside which I find convenient over exiting via long hallways and elevator rides. The view was fantastic (we stayed in a second floor room facing the bay with amazing sunset views). We enjoyed a free hot breakfast each morning with many options! Staff was very professional, courteous and available to help during our entire stay. ...

Jackie was WONDERFUL and so helpful I will definitely be coming back !

The room was really nice, they had a good breakfast! Everyone helpful and friendly! Will stay again!
