"The people there were very kind and attentive. I had made an online reservation for 2 nights. When I checked in, I had asked how much it would be add another night. I was told I would have to create a separate reservation but I would be able to keep the same room, would just need a new key. I told whoever I was speaking to that I would let them know later if I did want to add another night. As my family and I were packing up to check out there was a knock at the door. It was one of the front desk clerks. They asked me if i wanted to extend. I thought it was nice of them to ask. Made it seem like they remembered the conversation we had during check in. "

I needed to write down some information and there wasn't even a pad/pen to use, which caused an inconvenience to me. I ended up using a kleenex sheet to write down the information."
