“Wonderful place, must be new to VRBO as it could use a few items like an extra blanket, linens for the couch, one dishwasher pod, one washing machine pod, and rugs to help muffle the sounds of the neighbors and outside as well as a lightbulb for the floor lamp and a book with check -in, check -out directions and what the wifi is.”

“Julian was a great host, sincerely accommodating and attentive whenever we reached out. We appreciated that the bed had a memory foam topper making it comfortable for a 5 night stay. The kitchen had what you need and we found the spice rack an added bonus for cooking. Great water pressure and all appliances worked well.”

“The Cozy Oasis of Clarksville was a clean respite for me. The code I was initially given to enter did not work, however, the host, Richard, was quick to respond and assist me. I primarily used the rental to sleep and eat my breakfasts and dinners.I did not use the living area, Wifi, towels, BBQ, or TVs so I cannot comment on them.The mattresses are like Goldilocks and the three bears: the queen mattress was the hardest and had coils pressing through, the primary twin was medium-firm and the the……

“Our stay was pretty perfect until the last evening. We are from Florida and the heat did not work the last night. It did get us out early the next morning. The home is beautiful and pretty comfortable. The rain type shower head did not provide power to rinse my hair well. Others did not pick up after pets and I stepped in doo twice walking my pup before daylight. All in all, we were happy. We did not cook. We just had coffee, showers, laundry and sleep. But it is so pretty! ”
