"The room was clean but the sink had rust around the drain and the tub had no stopper. The elevator is very old and the door got stuck halfway closed and we got off and used the stairs. They shouldn’t advertise breakfast because in the two days we were there we had to go out to eat. They didn’t have any staff refilling the food or even in the food area. Unfortunately the staff is not trained to answer any type of questions. The front desk person was wearing sweat pants and a tee shirt. No one was at the front desk and you had to ring a bell and wait. Very unprofessional. "

"We originally booked a 3-night stay but ended up checking out after the second night because our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the room with a kitchen, since eating out is not an option for me. Unfortunately, the “kitchen” was completely unusable—it had no pots, plates, utensils, or even a single spoon. It was essentially empty. To make matters worse, the room didn’t have a bathroom sink, which meant we had to use the kitchen sink just to brush our teeth. That setup was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. There were also only three outlets available in the entire room, so we had to unplug lamps just to charge our phones and other devices. Another major reason we booked this hotel was the included breakfast, again to avoid eating out. However, the breakfast was nothing like what was advertised. Instead of the variety shown in the pictures, there were only a few hard, stale biscuits with gravy. It was extremely disappointing. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations at all, and we would not return or recommend it."

"Room was disgusting. I found a live moving bug in my bed. I have video of this. Also I did not feel safe there. Multiple men just “hanging around” the upstairs exteriors and one sitting on The stairs which I needed to go up to get to my room. This young man did not even move so I had to walk past him to get by. Checked in and left 1/2 hour later and went to another hotel. "
