"There was a note on the wall by the thermostat that the noisy, creaky air conditioner was controlled at the window. The receptionist knew the Wi-Fi password but did not know which one of the 5 or 6 Wi-Fi networks available was the hotel's Wi-Fi network. A fire alarm at 4:24 AM emptied the entire hotel. There was no obvious indication at the elevators as to where the exit stairs might be. This is a safety over site. After we found the stairs and exited, we just got into our car and drove away. All-in-all, not up to "Hilton" standards."

"The breakfast “basic” from the kitchen needs to be reviewed and changed. Simple eggs over easy presents a challenge to the current chef and speaks volumes about the cleanliness of some of the kitchen utensils. My breakfast was very very substandard, almost embarrassing for a Double Tree. "

"It was safe, convenient, and very clean. There were fast food, a gas station, and a walmart very close by. The hotel was easy to find and close to the toll road."

"I had a very positive stay at the InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland. Its location—just a short walk to the Cleveland Clinic—makes it incredibly convenient, especially for medical visits. The suites are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the shuttle service to and from the hospital is a big plus, particularly in cold weather. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Areas for improvement would include updating the rooms and bathrooms with more modern, upscale finishes and ensuring more thorough housekeeping. Overall, a comfortable and highly convenient place to stay."
