Book Charenton Bed & Breakfast

"Pros: friendly staff, quiet, ample handicap parking, adjoining rooms Cons: each of the two rooms had one damaged fire/CO alarm; key card machine was out of service, so we had to be let in the room by staff, and would have had to depend on staff to let us back in had we left and returned; checked out the "hot breakfast buffet" @ about 6:15-6:30, only hot items were 8 sausage links and 4 fried eggs, along with a waffle station, a toaster for the bread that was supplied, and a microwave."

"Had an amazing time!! I was able to host a cookout for my family. We all gathered on the large deck. My kids enjoyed fishing the bayou. My teen age girls loved the loft, a space to themselves. Thank you for having us!!"

"The only thing I would add to make this experience better would be lamps in the bedrooms. Some smaller coffee cups in the kitchen. Bedroom with the window unit stayed really cool. The rest of the house was a little warm. We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the lake end where we enjoyed camping, boating and fishing with friends"
