"The hotel was convenient and very clean however, the only issue was we stayed on the 18th floor and the elevator took about 20 minutes just to get up and bring us back down"

"Location is perfect from ucla. The hotel located along the highway, there is some noise most of the time. If you are sensitive, you might be not able to sleep well.complimentary Breakfast was good at the top floor. The bathroom slide door was hard to open close I wish they maintain well. Overall stay is satisfied."
Palm Garden Hotel

"Overall I had a pretty good stay. The rooms are remodeled, the beds were comfortable, and I always saw staff around cleaning and maintaining the property. You can tell they are actively taking care of the place. I also liked the breakfast voucher for the restaurant across the street. Parking was $10 a day, which wasn’t too bad. I do wish the TV and entertainment options were better. The biggest issue was the ants. After waking up from the first night I noticed several ants around the nightstand and unfortunately some in the bed. I told the staff and they were amazing about it. They took the issue seriously, apologized, and moved me to another room without any problems. I did end up seeing one or two ants crawling across the bed in the second room too around my last night. Since I only had a short time left in my stay, I decided not to move again. I definitely think the pest issue needs to be looked into since it happened in two different rooms. Other than that, the staff was great and I can see the effort being put into maintaining and improving the property. I wouldn’t let the ant issue completely overshadow the rest of my stay, but it is something that needs attention."

Hollywood Historic Hotel

"This is a historic hotel, so the rooms and bathrooms by nature have an older look and style which is part of the charm. The beds could have been better, but are sufficient. Overall, for the price, the location is convenient to the Hollywood area and Paramount studios in particular if you want to walk to it. The Edmon restaurant connected to the hotel was very good and super convenient. Parking lot is small, but had plenty of spots even when returning at night."

"The proximity to the beach is excellent and using two e-bikes for up to two hours free allowed us to scoot down to the beach bike path and back up easily. The pool is lovely but was busy on the Labour Day long weekend. The rooms are well appointed and the staff very attentive. The fridge was not very cold but ok for waters. I’d stay here again."
