“Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. Overall, a warm welcome and very good value for the money in that area. ”

"We are family with 2 teenagers. It’s a nice hotel. Arnold served us in the front desk when we checked in around 1:30am. He was gentle and friendly. Help us to check in and told us the facilities in Hotel. Gave us a discount coupon for drinks in the lounge. Reminded us to call him if we needed any help. It’s a very good location. It takes 10-15 minutes tram to Brussel- Zuid or Brussel- Noord. Then we could go everywhere such as Ghent or Paris. Our room is a junior suite with Sauna. It’s very nice to have sauna in room. The room is spacious with soft bed and pillows We had sweet dreams for two nights. For the cleanliness, dusting the towel warmer and the sauna room then we could give 5 stars. Anyway, we will come again."
